Shipping policy

Delivery information:

We offer delivery to addresses in mainland England, Wales and Scotland. At present we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Scottish Highlands.

We offer FREE DELIVERY and aim to dispatch items using our courier partners, Palletways, 48 hours after your order is placed.

Once your order has been collected from our warehouse it will be delivered in 3 days.

Pickup information:

Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our warehouse in Bidston (free of charge). Your item will be ready within 2-4 days.

We take extreme care to ensure your products are delivered to a high standard and work with Palletways to ensure this is the case.

If you have any issues with the delivery of the products, we ask you to take a photo and report the issue to: sales@ramoche.co.uk
